All canvases are stretched canvas, gallery wrapped, 1 1/2 inches deep, making them ready to hang without needing a frame.
What type of paper do you use for artwork?
All paper pieces are created on professional watercolor paper with deckled edges, ensuring a high-quality and unique finish.
Do you offer custom commissions?

Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for my order to ship?

What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
Theresa Zingg Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send photos of the damaged item, packaging, and order details to theresazinggart@yahoo.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

How do I care for my artwork?

Can I frame my artwork?
- Canvas paintings: Since they are gallery-wrapped, framing is optional but can enhance their presentation.
- Watercolor paper pieces: Framing is recommended to protect the artwork and highlight the deckled edges.
