"Be You" Series, Let's Start with Frida, Let's Add Basquiat

🔥 Why I Started the “Be You” Series 🔥

I didn’t start this series to paint pretty faces.
I started it to paint power.

The Be You Series is about individuals who refused to shrink.
Souls who turned pain into presence.
Persons who stood in rooms that weren’t built for them — and stayed anyway.

The first in the series is Frida Kahlo.

Not because she was trendy.
Because she was relentless.

Frida painted through physical pain.
Through betrayal.
Through limitation.
She made her identity unavoidable.

Influence.
Tenacity.
Resilience.
Unapologetic visibility.

She didn’t dilute herself to be accepted.
She amplified herself.

That’s what Be You means.

This series is about "the person" encouragement — but not the soft kind.
It’s about dominance in your own narrative.
Owning your story.
Standing in your complexity without explanation.

We don’t need permission.
We need presence.

And this is just the beginning.
