Processing & Shipping Time

Ready-to-ship items ship within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on exact courier pricing by weight. The total cost will be determined at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS and UPS to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Theresa Zingg Art, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
